I love this supermarket. I regularly have such lovely interactions with staff, which always leave me with a smile on my face. On Sunday morning the man helping with the self service checkouts was extra helpful and today the blue haired lady stocking shelves went above and beyond

Perhaps the worst service I've EVER received in one of your stores - young man on self checkout - incredibly rude - berated ME for your machine not working - HOW IS IT MY FAULT AN ITEM WON'T SCAN - made me feel belittled and frankly miserable as I left your store - please train y
