I visited yesterday and I’m not sure if they were understaffed or having issues with the tills but there were huge queues for the check outs which did however go down fairly quickly. This was credited to Joanne’s excellent supervision and support of customers. I was in the queue

Your staff are shocking. I asked 3 members of staff to unlock a trolley as this one time I left me £1. Apparently, you're not able to help customers and expect me to balance my shopping on my head. So left without buying shopping. Also, wouldn't hurt the staff to smile.
