Wow 😳 first b&m I've been too with a garden centre and it didn't disappoint. It's a good size store with plenty of fantastic products. It's a fairy big car park too. I will definitely go again to this store

Tanya was very rude. Talked to another colleague for the majority of my interaction with her - gave no indication that she even heard what I was saying whilst I was explaining I had come to return an item. Got on with it without making eye contact at all - you don’t have to make
